The staff of Western Guilford High School would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to you for all that you have done to support us during this academic year and in particular, for the lovely meals, treats, and prizes that you provided to us last week during Teacher Appreciation Week.  What a wonderful change from the norm to be able to enjoy lunch and breakfast while pleasantly conversing with our colleagues and friends!  Those who won door prizes last Friday are especially thankful for your generosity.

March 5:  Career Fair.  Students will get to tour departments and programs during school hours to help with their course selection for next year.

As chair of WGHS´s Leadership Team and on behalf of my colleagues, I would like to thank you and the hard-working volunteer parents of our PTSA for providing us with so many delightful activities and methods of recognition and thanks that we enjoyed last week during Teacher Appreciation Week.

Many of our teachers, administrators and support staff received very kind e-mails from parents and we all thoroughly enjoyed the gift cards, lunch, treats, and breakfasts provided for us last week.  Personally, it was so pleasant to have this time to not only interact with each other and parents of our students, but also to enjoy the delicious meals that gave us a much needed break from the norm (it was great to not have to pack my lunch on Thursday night in preparation for school on Friday!).

Thank you for making us feel valued and respected.  It is a pleasure for all of us to serve your students and last week enhanced our morale and spirit even more.
